My kids are in their 3rd year and absolutely love it. Mr. L is a fantastic instructor and the kids really look up to him... we tried a few schools before Training4Life and there was no comparison.
Highly recommended. Me and my son are both in the school. Mr L is amazing with the kids not just with Martial Arts but with everyday life lessons,he has a way of connecting with them! This place is great. We were checking out a few MMA places in the area for our kids and decided this was the best place to go. The class was structured well, with enough fun time to keep the kids happy. I also started going myself to the night classes. I started off taking Krav Maga which was a killer workout on top of learning some self defense, but switched over to Brazilian Jui Jitsu since it was more technique driven. My wife is now thinking about taking the Adult Kickboxing Fitness class, as soon as we can figure out what to do with the kids those nights
