This will never be a place that you sign up and you’re on your own. We will see to it that whatever your original purpose for training was, you will achieve. Don’t confuse me being hard on you, pushing you, challenging you and sometimes yelling at you for anything else than my passion for the commitment I made to you so you can discover your potential. When BOTH of our commitments are congruent, the potential is truly limitless. I take my commitments very seriously and will teach you to as well.

This place is great. We were checking out a few MMA places in the area for our kids and decided this was the best place to go. The class was structured well, with enough fun time to keep the kids happy. I also started going myself to the night classes. I started off taking Krav Maga which was a killer workout on top of learning some self defense, but switched over to Brazilian Jui Jitsu since it was more technique driven. My wife is now thinking about taking the Adult Kickboxing Fitness class, as soon as we can figure out what to do with the kids those nights
