My kids are in their 3rd year and absolutely love it. Mr. L is a fantastic instructor and the kids really look up to him... we tried a few schools before Training4Life and there was no comparison.

This place is great. We were checking out a few MMA places in the area for our kids and decided this was the best place to go. The class was structured well, with enough fun time to keep the kids happy. I also started going myself to the night classes. I started off taking Krav Maga which was a killer workout on top of learning some self defense, but switched over to Brazilian Jui Jitsu since it was more technique driven. My wife is now thinking about taking the Adult Kickboxing Fitness class, as soon as we can figure out what to do with the kids those nights

When a student first joins the school, our main goal is to establish a 
baseline of focus. Then, we teach. The process of teaching and learning must be fun. The kids learn easier then they enjoy the process. Either weeks later, months later, or years later we get to see a confident, disciplined, self-motivated student. I love this formula and it works.
